Deadlocked Iran-EU talks are not in a crisis as the negotiations on getting Tehran to give guarantees its nuclear intentions are peaceful are still in an early stage, UN atomic agency chief Mohamed ElBaradei said Monday. "I don't see any sense of crisis," ElBaradei told reporters on the sidelines of a conference in Paris on nuclear power. "This is an early stage of negotiations," he said on the talks that began in December and are to resume Wednesday in Paris. "I think as long as the dialogue is cointinuing, as long as the suspension (of uranium enrichment by Iran) is in place, as long as progress is being made, I think we're on the right track," ElBaradei said.
