The Israeli military captured Ramzi Salah, 22, from Jabaliya refugee camp in the Gaza Strip, trying to sneak into Israel two weeks ago with an explosives belt, the sources said.

He has allegedly confessed to belonging to the radical group, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, which had plans to attack the heavily-guarded Dimona plant in southern Israel.

Israel is widely believed to have developed nuclear weapons at the plant.
