Russia has no evidence that Iran had a programme to develop nuclear weapons prior to 2003, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov was quoted as saying Wednesday, contradicting the position of a US intelligence report published this week."We have no information that such a project existed before 2003, although American colleagues stated that the situation was exactly that," Lavrov said, Interfax reported.
