Bush envoy blames China, SKorea over NKorea nuclear crisis
WASHINGTON, Jan 17 (AFP) Jan 17, 2008
A special envoy of US President George W. Bush on Thursday accused China and South Korea of not exerting enough pressure on North Korea to end its nuclear weapons drive.

"Because the Chinese and South Korean governments have been unwilling to apply significant pressure on Pyongyang, recent talks have, in actuality, become a bilateral negotiation between the US and North Korea," Jay Lefkowitz, the special envoy for human rights in North Korea, said at a forum in Washington.
