Inter-Korean rhetoric unhelpful for nuclear talks: US

The United States warned Monday that the harsh rhetoric between North and South Korea was not helping the six-nation negotiations aimed at scrapping North Korea's nuclear weapons program."Is it directly related to the six-party talks, to the six-party process? No. But is it helpful? I certainly don't think so," State Department deputy spokesman Tom Casey said when asked if the rhetoric could undermine the talks.
