Iran has "not responded positively" to nuclear offer: six powers
BRUSSELS, Nov 20 (AFP) Nov 20, 2009
Senior officials from six world powers expressed disappointment Friday that Iran has "not responded positively" to an IAEA offer for the provision of nuclear fuel for its Tehran research reactor.

"Iran has not engaged in an intensified dialogue and in particular has not accepted to have a new meeting before the end of October to discuss nuclear issues," said the joint statement from the five permanent UN Security Council members -- Britain, China, France, Russia and the United States -- plus Germany after the closed door talks in Brussels.
