L-3 Comms Awarded Global Media Support Contract By US Special Ops Command

L-3 Communications has announced that its SYColeman subsidiary has been selected as a principal contractor on a 5-year indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery (ID/IQ) contract, with a potential maximum value of $100 million, for global media development, production and dissemination support to United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

"This contract permits us to provide critical services to USSOCOM while expanding our strategic communications and public outreach capabilities," said Jerry Bates, president of SYColeman. "It also solidifies SYColeman's strategic vision as well as our commitment to supporting our nation's armed forces."

SYColeman will provide global multi-media services, supporting a culturally relevant media campaign through the management and execution of media approach planning, prototype product development, commercial quality multi-media products development, and dissemination and distribution of multi-media products.
