Orbit secures $9M contract to provide satellite communication systems for Israeli defense forces

The terminals will enhance the Israeli Defense Forces' (IDF) satellite communication capabilities, ensuring superior connectivity across diverse operational platforms. Orbit's innovative MPTs, including the MPT-30 and MPT-46 models, deliver high reliability, data rates of up to 126 Mbps for downloads, and robust performance in challenging environments. These terminals are designed to support mission-critical communication, allowing uninterrupted transmission of high-volume data such as live video feeds.

Orbit's recent successes, including its collaboration with VIASAT on next-generation Viasat 3 satellite terminals and ongoing defense contracts, highlight its leadership in the global SATCOM market.
