U.S. Department of Defense Awards $20M Contract to SRA

SRA International, Inc has been awarded a contract to support the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Manpower Data Center's (DMDC's) survey research and statistical analysis needs. The single award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract has a maximum dollar value of $20 million over five years.

DMDC administers the Human Resources Strategic Assessment Program which includes evaluations, research, and studies related to DoD personnel policies and programs. The information is used to formulate, monitor, and refine policies and programs affecting the morale, compensation, benefits, and readiness of DoD personnel and their families.

Under this contract, the SRA team will provide survey design, data collection, data management, and statistical analysis services. The SRA team includes Calibre Systems, Inc.; Human Resources Research Organization; The Lewin Group; Logistics Management Institute; and Westat.
