Specialty Defense is a market leader in manufacturing Modular Lightweight Load-Carrying Equipment ("MOLLE"), Outer Tactical Vests ("OTVs"), and Warrior Helmets for the U.S. Army with manufacturing facilities in Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Tennessee.
The Company will be re-branded as Specialty Defense and integrated into Armor Holdings' Aerospace & Defense Group.
