SRA will provide integration management support services to the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Formal Training Unit (FTU) at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas.
The task order, awarded under the Millennia Lite contract, has an estimated value of $19.1 million over five years if all options are exercised.
AF DCGS is the Air Force's multi-intelligence, network-centric weapon system that provides decision quality information to the Joint Task Force and the Air Operations Center.
SRA will support the DCGS formal training unit by developing Web-based course technology, interactive courseware, and e-learning solutions. Other services will include program management, systems and database administration, and software development.
The SRA team includes Meridian Knowledge Solutions, Inc.; Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC); SBI Technologies Corp.; and Spectrum Comm.
"DCGS is really the foundation of the intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance system of systems and we are pleased to be able to support the training of future DCGS operators in such a fundamental way," said Herb Kemp, Vice President, C4ISR Operations in the SRA Adroit C4ISR Center.
"The SRA team will take an enterprise approach to transforming Air Force DCGS training into a fully integrated, network-focused knowledge management enterprise."
