ManTech Awarded Warfare Analysis Contract From Naval Air Systems Command

ManTech International announced Thursday that it has been awarded a contract from the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) to provide Engineering and Technical Support Services in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division Warfare Analysis Department.

The contract is for one-year, with four additional option years, giving the program a total potential value of $23 million.

Under the competitively awarded contract, ManTech will support the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division Warfare Analysis Department with modeling, simulation, and analysis services in areas such as anti-air warfare, amphibious warfare, anti-surface warfare, mine warfare, naval special warfare, information warfare, non-combat operations, electronic warfare, mobility, homeland defense, and command, control, and communications.

The contract will support modeling, algorithm and software development initiatives that will be used to assess areas such as joint capabilities, threats, readiness, force levels, costs, survivability, and vulnerability factors. Work will be performed at NAVAIR in Patuxent River, MD.
