ABC Solar Japan K.K. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with two European solar giants to develop utility-scale solar energy plants in Japan, it was announced by company president Tetsuro Nishida in Tokyo Monday.

"Japan's energy problems are complex and we are producing reliable, cost -efficient energy solutions," said Nishida when making the announcement .

The strategic alignment with2-FIFTY-5 Green Investments Solutions GmbH and Co KG in Germany and Allalouf Investment Group [AFG] in London provides Japanese clients with industry best practices for developing, owning and operating solar systems as well as the financial resources of an established, global private equity firm.

"Our MOU brings together a n ideal collaboration team to deliver renewable energy solutions to Japan and formalizes our commitment to solar power as essential to the renewable energy mix," commented Sebastian Siegel, Managing Director of 2 - FIFTY-5 green investments solutions.

2-FIFTY-5 and AFG, together with ABC Solar Japan, have installed hundreds of renewable energy systems ranging from 5 KW to 14 MW. The deal includes access to ABC Solar, Inc.'s global financial partners and the North American firm's Oracle - based real-time Solar Business Operating and Selling System (SBOSS) available to affiliates online at japan.co.jp today.

This is the first MOU for ABC Solar in Japan, one of several the firm is pursuing under its infrastructure acquisition program to forge strategic relationships and tactical alliances in renewable energy markets around the globe.
