Framatome completes acquisition of BHR Group in the United Kingdom

Framatome reports it has completed its acquisition of VirtualPiE Limited (traded as BHR Group), a leader in fluid engineering-based products and services for the chemical and nuclear energy industries. With this transaction, Framatome continues to expand its presence in the United Kingdom and its comprehensive portfolio of solutions.
