Talks over if Iran does not respond on nuclear deal: France PARIS, Nov 4 (AFP) Nov 04, 2009 Talks on a UN-brokered deal to supply nuclear fuel to Iran will break down if Tehran fails to respond to an offer from world powers, French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner warned on Wednesday.
"If the Iranians do not respond to the 5+1 group there will be an effective breakdown in these talks, which got off to a good start in Geneva," Kouchner told reporters.
