UN chief 'strongly condemns' latest Russian strikes on Ukraine

 UN chief Antonio Guterres "strongly condemns" the overnight salvo of Russian missiles and drones that killed at least 20 people in Ukraine, his spokesperson said Tuesday.

"Once again, we emphasize that attacks against civilians and civilian infrastructures are prohibited under international humanitarian law and must end immediately," spokesman Stephane Dujarric told reporters.
