New York (UPI) Nov 15, 2006
There should be no doubt that the United States has waged two Gulf wars largely, if not solely, for oil. Partition of Iraq along sectarian lines is "wholly unacceptable" to the United States, a senior State Department official said Wednesday, warning of the high cost in human suffering.
