Runzheimer International Launches 2012 Total Employee Mobility Survey
by Staff Writers
Waterford WI (SPX) Oct 24, 2012

The data collected will reflect expectations and trends in employee mobility, helping organizations in setting cost control targets, enhancing communications with employees, and determining where to focus time and resources.

Runzheimer International has opened its eighth annual Total Employee Mobility Benchmarking Survey to participants. The survey was developed by Runzheimer in 2005 to help organizations understand the impact of workforce mobility on managing costs, improving service levels and increasing efficiency for their employees who drive for business, travel, relocate or work remotely.

The TEM Benchmarking Survey covers key areas of mobility including Business Vehicle Expense Management, Business Travel, Mobile Device Management, Domestic Relocation, International Assignments and Route Planning and Logistics.

The results of the TEM Survey provide valuable insights and actionable intelligence on employee mobility to help organizations manage their mobile workforce.

The data collected will reflect expectations and trends in employee mobility, helping organizations in setting cost control targets, enhancing communications with employees, and determining where to focus time and resources.

"The TEM Benchmarking Survey provides organizations with the opportunity to assess their current employee mobility program against industry peers," said Greg Harper, President of Runzheimer International.

"The survey results reveal trends and best practices in mobility while uncovering cost management opportunities to help organizations improve their current mobility programs."

Participation in the survey is available at no cost, and each organization who participates will receive an individual custom report of their results in addition to the comprehensive TEM report.
