Using Helius' and Westar's technology, customers will be able to instantly and cost-effectively send training programs, advertisements, video news releases and product data to thousands of specific sites. Westar Satellite Services is a privately owned North Texas based satellite communications company.

"This system can send video to multiple sites and multiple monitors at each site, through either landlines or wireless, while displaying different content on each display. And the cost of the technology is so inexpensive that most any business can afford it."

Uniting Westar's and Helius' revolutionary hardware and software systems, organizations will be able to conduct remote training at facilities at the touch of a button. Using simple, easy-to-use computer tools, users can instantly display and update presentations for customers and employees. Every digital broadcast sent via the Westar technology is digitally encrypted, with conditional access to cement the file's security.

Westar will begin offering the new service in the final quarter of 2005.
