US, Europe reach compromise UN resolution on Iran nuclear program
VIENNA (AFP) Nov 24, 2003
 Britain, France and Germany reached agreement Monday with the United States on a compromise UN resolution warning Tehran to stop violating nuclear safeguards, diplomats said.

After five days of intense discussions with US diplomats, the three main EU countries filed the resolution late Monday evening with the Vienna-based watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which will discuss it on Wednesday, the diplomats said.
