Exolaunch surpasses 500 satellite deployments and debuts new Quadro system on SpaceX rideshare

Exolaunch, a global leader in satellite deployment and mission management, has marked a significant milestone with the successful deployment of its 500th satellite. During SpaceX's Transporter-13 rideshare mission, Exolaunch deployed 27 satellites, delivering close to 1,500 kilograms of payload into orbit for clients from fourteen different countries.

This mission also marked the inaugural use of Exolaunch's innovative Quadro separation system, a four-point satellite deployment mechanism designed to accommodate spacecraft weighing between 200 and over 800 kilograms. Quadro completed its first operational flight with precision, ensuring the controlled and coordinated deployment of a microsatellite by synchronizing the release of all hold-down and release mechanisms (HDRMs). This design minimizes tip-off rates and simplifies the deployment process.

The company executed the mission using its CarboNIX separation rings, EXOpod Nova deployers, and Quadro system, offering comprehensive mission integration support. "Surpassing 500 satellites deployed is a major milestone for Exolaunch and a testament to the trust our customers place in us to deliver on their missions. The successful deployment of all customer payloads and the first flight qualification of Quadro represent a significant achievement for Exolaunch," said Jeanne Allarie, Chief Commercial Officer at Exolaunch. "Quadro's performance on Transporter-13 validates its role as a scalable, high-precision deployment solution for small and mid-sized satellites."

- BOTSAT-1 (Botswana International University of Science and Technology via Endurosat)
- DROID.002 (Turion Space)
- Firesat0 (Muon Space)
- HYVRID (Yonsei University)
- IOD-1 (Startical)
- JinjuSat-1B (SpaceBey)
- NILA (HEX20)
- NUSHSat1 (High School of Math and Science of the National University of Singapore)
- OTP-2 (Rogue Space)
- OrbAstro-TR5 (Liftero via OrbAstro)
- PANDORE (U-Space)
- SOAP (U-Space)
- YAM-8 (Loft Orbital)
In addition to deploying these satellites, Exolaunch provided integration services and deployment hardware for:

- LizzieSat-3 (Sidus Space)
- DSAR-TD (Satrec Initiative)
Following this mission, Exolaunch has now deployed more than 520 satellites across 34 missions, strengthening its reputation as a dependable partner for satellite integration and separation solutions.
