Putin says hopes 'common sense will prevail' in international relations Moscow, Russia, April 11 (AFP) Apr 11, 2018 President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday said he hoped that common sense would prevail in global affairs as the US has threatened to send missiles into Syria. "The state of the world cannot but provoke concern.
