North Korea vowed not to resume nuclear tests: Trump

US President Donald Trump said Thursday that North Korea's Kim Jong Un had vowed not to resume nuclear or ballistic missile testing after their second summit in Hanoi abruptly ended with no deal.

"He said he's not going to do testing of rockets or missiles or anything that has to do with nuclear," Trump told reporters after the summit.
