Seoul, Nov 2 (AFP) Nov 02, 2022
South Korea on Wednesday told residents on the island of Ulleungdo off its east coast to evacuate to bunkers after North Korea fired three short range ballistic missiles.

A missile headed towards the island before landing in the high sea, according to Yonhap News, which cited defence officials.

An air raid warning broadcast on national television told residents on Ulleungdo to "evacuate to the nearest underground shelter".
